We removed the old shingles that were over 30 yrs old and replaced them with architectural CertainTeed landmark shingles, we also replaced some of the plywood on the pitch roof and also replaced the low pitch roof with bed plywood on the decking as well as EPDM. We replaced the chimney flashings and got rid of some of the satellite dishes, new roof vent, and pipe collar.
