Replaced old roof with new Owens Corning architectural shingles, added new F5M drip edge around perimeter, added little diverters to send the water to the gutters, replaced some plywood and framing in the front, replaced chimney flashing and counter flashing with 024 aluminum, all new pipe boots and kitchen vent.
