Removed 2 layers of shingles, added hidden hangers to 95% of the gutters, added 1/2” plywood to entire roof to have solid decking, added a small cricket behind the chimney as it wasn’t properly done before and it was almost 6’ long, replaced old roof fan with new GAF, replaced pipe boots.
