Replaced old 3 tab shingles with new Owens Corning Dessert Rose architectural shingles, also replaced the chimney flashing with new 024 aluminum flashing, and 2 vented Velux skylights, all new lifetime pipe boots, replaced old EPDM with new insulation, and nailing perimeter and new EPDM and also replaced 4 different spots with new 5/8” plywood.
