Replaced old barn aluminum with new standing seam snap down system using 24ga steel. We added 1/2”CDX plywood on top of the lath and also added #12 shanks for the new 6” half round gutters. We removed the old chimney and closed the hole, also used high temp ice and water shield to entire decking and used EPDM for the lower pitch roofs with walking pads to act as snow guards.
