We replaced original roof with Owens Corning architectural shingles, also removed old 5” gutters and downspouts and replaced them with new 6” gutters and downspouts. Also found a lot of rotted spots and replaced some plywood and new chimney flashing & counter flashing as well as a new roof fan. We also cut the peak for proper ventilation before adding the ridge vent.
