Replaced 3 tab shingle roof with Teak OC shingles, also added new plywood to front of the house to make it straight and get rid of bumps. Also removed siding from front dormer and used EPDM for 2 pitch section. We cut ridge on front dormer as well as main to ensure proper attic ventilation.
